The Sao Chang College Library functions as a ‘Learning
Resource Centre’ supporting both teaching and learning through a wide range
of resources, including books, journals, e-resources, and more. It is
well-equipped with reference books, textbooks, magazines, journals, newspapers,
and other learning materials.
The library is fully automated, allowing students and staff
to easily browse and locate books. A dedicated reading room is available to
provide a quiet environment for reading and study, which forms an essential
part of the library's atmosphere.
To ensure smooth functioning and to safeguard the interests of all users, the library is guided by a Library Advisory Board, which plays a key role in advising on its operations and development.
